Cancellation Policy

PLEASE READ Our Policies Below Before Registering. CANCELLATION POLICY: • Any Lesson, Class, Clinic or Court Rental may be cancelled up to 24 hours before start time without penalty/fee • If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, full payment is due WEATHER CANCELLATION: • In the event of a weather cancellation made by Cascades Tennis, LLC, we will either refund, credit or apply payment to another class (this is at the discretion of the Company) WAIVER: As consideration for the right to participate in tennis lessons, classes, camps and/or other activities and services provided by Cascades Tennis, LLC, I hereby covenant to hold harmless and indemnify Cascades Tennis, LLC and it's employees from any and all claims, losses, damages, injuries, fines, penalties and costs (including court costs and attorney’s fees), charges, liabilities, or exposures, however caused, resulting from, arising out of, or in any connection to my or any minor family member’s participation in the above described program. I have read and understand this INDEMNIFICATION AND HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT. By registering and paying for the class you accept these terms.
