Service Description
Jose Carlos Rubia is a Spanish sports professional with over 10 years of experience in padel. He serves as Head Coach at Wynwood Padel Club in Miami for the past four years. Jose Carlos holds a Bachelor's degree in Physical Activity and Sport Sciences and a Master’s degree in Sports Management. He began competing in tennis at the age of 12, reaching the highest regional levels and participating in national tournaments across Spain. His passion later transitioned to padel, where he has been actively competing for over a decade. Jose Carlos is a certified National Tennis Coach by the Spanish Tennis Federation and a National Padel Coach certified by the Professional Padel Registry. Clinics: Tuesday June 3rd • 9am-10am (4-6 people) $60 each Wednesday June 4th • 2pm-3pm (4-6 people) $60 each Thursday June 4th • 9am-10am (4-6 people) $60 each

Cancellation Policy
PLEASE READ Our Policies Below Before Registering. CANCELLATION POLICY (TENNIS AND PICKLEBALL ONLY): • Any Lesson, Class, Clinic or Court Rental may be cancelled up to 24 hours before start time without penalty/fee • If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, full payment is due (should payment not be submitted, future bookings will be restricted or no longer permitted for that individual or group) PADEL COURT: THERE IS NO CANCELLATION POLICY OR REFUNDS FOR ANY MISSED CLASS, COURT RENTAL OR LESSON. FULL PAYMENT IS DUE UPON BOOKING, NO EXCEPTIONS. WEATHER CANCELLATION (TENNIS OR PICKLEBALL ONLY): • In the event of a weather cancellation made by Cascades Tennis, LLC, we will either refund, credit or apply payment to another class (this is at the discretion of the Company) PADEL COURT: IF WE INITIATED A CANCELLATION DUE TO WEATHER, WE WILL WORK WITH YOU TO RESCHEDULE A COURT RENTAL /LESSON OR PLACE YOU IN THE NEXT AVAILABLE CLASS/CLINIC. NO REFUNDS. WAIVER: As consideration for the right to participate in tennis lessons, classes, camps and/or other activities and services provided by Cascades Tennis, LLC, I hereby covenant to hold harmless and indemnify Cascades Tennis, LLC and it's employees from any and all claims, losses, damages, injuries, fines, penalties and costs (including court costs and attorney’s fees), charges, liabilities, or exposures, however caused, resulting from, arising out of, or in any connection to my or any minor family member’s participation in the above described program. I have read and understand this INDEMNIFICATION AND HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT. By registering and paying for the class you accept these terms.
